Buyers can browse all listed items directly inside the app. The platform does not sell products, handle stock, or process buyer payments. All buying and selling activity is managed directly between users.

What We Do Wotch en Pik provides a simple, automated space where sellers can upload items, set prices, and pay a listing fee using Orange Money. Buyers can browse all listings and contact sellers directly for more information. Both parties can communicate inside the app to discuss products, delivery, or collection. No products are sold on the app, and Wotch en Pik does not participate in transactions between buyers and sellers.

Payments and Settlement Listing fees are paid by sellers using Orange Money. These payments are processed securely through PawaPay. Wotch en Pik does not process buyer payments and does not act as a retailer.
